Dr. Roberts is a Professor of Surgery at the University of California San Francisco, and Surgical Director of Liver Transplantation at California Pacific Medical Center. His current research activities include treatment of hepatoma and liver transplantation, clinical evaluation of new immunosuppressive drugs, and public policy for organ allocation. Dr. Roberts is a member of several professional organizations and participates on various committees including the Medical Affairs Committee for the California Transplant Donor Network.
