Dr. Mange is an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Epidemiology and senior scholar at the Center for Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Some of his current research activities include evaluating the impact of genotypes and haplotypes of genes related to the immune system on the risk of episodes of acute rejection and the study of the presumptive approach to consent for organ donation. Dr. Mange is a member of several professional organizations and participates on various committees including the Public Policy Committee for the American Society of Transplant Physicians.
