Internationally respected not-for-profit health outcomes research foundation with 40+ employees is looking for Human Resources Manager.

Duties include:

Handles all aspects of Human Resources including, but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, job evaluation, benefits administration, HR systems, policy interpretation, and special projects. Provides guidance and advice to management team and staff on issues related to the consistent interpretation and application of policies, practices and programs. Assist in the development and implementation of Human Resource policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee booklets, communications and meetings. Ensures legal compliance with all HR related functions and programs.

Experience:

This position requires a Bachelors degree in a related field and 3-5 years of position-related experience. Excellent verbal/written skills and ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
