Dr. Greer is an economist at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). He has a Ph.D. in economics, and is a major contributor to the National Institute of Health (NIH) trials involving patients with ESRD. He has been the Project Officer of the CMS funded evaluation of managed care for ESRD patients.
