James C. Welch Biography

James C. Welch, B.S.
SQLServer Database Administrator

Mr. Welch works primarily for the SRTR project and is responsible for creating research files from the OPTN databases and improving overall data quality. Prior 26-year career at Michigan Bell/Ameritech/SBC included programming, application design & implementation, IT management, and database administration.
